bold under italic Tuesday, April 17, 2007 2nd day of school...... 3:15 pm
yep, as u can c on the title, today is e 2nd day in NP. i'm in school now, sitting down in e library, sniffing all e mucus up in my nose(ew), looking aft e big bunch of bags n laptops. (i'm now e Mother of All Bags =p)NP life so far is not bad, bt there's a major prob i'm facing now. we r supposed 2 print our own notes, using our own money, find out abt stuff ourselves, do our own resourcing n stuff n best of all, lessons will mostly b conducted in e form of problem based learning. tis is not really a bad thing, bt i've to b v independent. if u're in sec school or JC now, thank God 4 tis yea. cos u all r spoonfed by e teacher wif info u need 2 learn. in poly, we find info to learn. we've 2 b responsible 4 our own actions. i mean, u r responsible if u wanna skip a lecture, or not contribute in a project, or whether u wanna pon school all e way. ya. we've to b v v v v mature, lk adults in poly. tis is definitely a thing tt u really hv to adapt in poly when u've been spoonfed by teachers in kindergarten, pri n sec school. so if u wanna go 2 a poly, pls make sure tt u r independent enough 2 adapt here. =) 'enough of complaining.' i said to myself a min ago. fine, i shall listen to myself n talk abt something else. o yea i just went 2 e CCA fair downstairs at e atrium, was quite interested in archery, bt i really wanna join e BE green volunteers. cant really make a choice between these 2 eh. any advice? here r some subjects i'm takin now. i take hydraulics (study abt water), engineering math(duh. argh.), Fundamentals of mechanical & electrical enginnering (FME)(tis is SO engineering.), ecology, environmental biology n chemistry. hydraulics sound fun, bt e FME thing turns me off. =/ yeah. due 2 distance i'm KOed when i reach home. so if next time u call 2 chat n u hear me dragging my words u noe wad's happening. bt dun worry, i wont get fed up of u complaining 2 me abt school n hang up on u, i'll still listen to u bt pls do not expect me 2 talk too much. BUT i'll try 2 give u advice, lk i'll always do. FYI, tis is e longest entry i've posted on e net. pls give me some recognition by tagging thx. =)) |
